Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Cherries garment tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
